Terms and conditions

When booking online, you will receive a payment and booking receipt from Hobro City Camping Gattenborg stating the details of your purchase, the unit booked and the date of arrival/departure. Payment is made by using one of the approved debit/credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your payment method will be charged as soon as your booking is confirmed. Online cancellation of a booking: No refund. We try to find another date for the booking – max. one year ahead. Or you may know other people who could be interested in this particular booking.

Cancellation and refund:
Cabins and rooms:
If cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival date, the prepaid amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of DKK 200,- per unit booked.
If cancelled within 4 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund will be granted – we will try to find another date for you.

Pitch/caravan/campervan/tent/shelter
If cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival date, the prepaid amount will be refunded, minus an administration fee of DKK 200,- per unit booked.

In case of a camping holiday, it is possible to leave the amount as a credit for up to one year from the time of deposit with a transfer fee of DKK 100,-
Force Majeure: Hobro City Camping Gattenborg is not liable for refunds in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) pandemics, outbreaks, natural disasters, riots or civil unrest, strikes, etc.
